Internship - Scope of Work
Department: Operations / Marketing
Cohort 1: June 1 – June 13
Cohort 2: July 6 – July 17
Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10–15 hours per week)
Job Summary:
As a Village School Summer Intern, you will gain exposure to Wan Bridge Group's operations through a structured, project-based internship. Interns will participate in a hands-on business case focused on developing a community mascot concept, including branding and promotional strategy, while gaining insight into real estate, marketing, and property operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in onboarding and orientation to learn about Wan Bridge Group and its operations
- Conduct research and develop a community mascot concept for a Wan Bridge property
- Assist in creating a basic branding and marketing strategy for the assigned concept
- Collaborate with peers to develop ideas and project deliverables
- Attend scheduled sessions and property visits to gain real-world exposure
- Prepare and present a final project or summary presentation at the conclusion of the program

Qualifications:
- 11th or 12th grade student at The Village School
- Strong interest in business, marketing, real estate, or operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently on assigned projects
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or similar)
- Reliable transportation
Essential Functions:
- Report to the Office/Community daily to adhere to schedule that can include weekends and holidays
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
- Lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Reliable transportation that meets job responsibilities
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Maintain at least minimum car insurance required by Texas law
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
